We commenced our journey with psyllium business in 1958. In the years that followed, we grew our business manifold across the world, thanks to an unflinching focus on quality. With years of experience under our belt when we were nicely poised for the next leap in our growth trajectory, we diversified into spices in 2012. Eastmade Spices Co. is diffused over 6000 square meters.
Eastmade Spices and Herbs Private Limited having accreditations such as BRC, Kosher, Halal, FSSAI, FDA registered and Organic (NPOP,USDA-NOP,EU) Certified Company for compliance with food safety and ethical norms. The Plant facility also houses our parent concern M/s. Satnam Psyllium Industries, which deals with Psyllium products.
Eastmade Spice Co. is a cultivator, manufacturer, processor, trader, wholesaler, retailer, supplier and exporter of Whole Spices, Ground Spices, Herbs, Oil Seeds, Psyllium and Organic Products. We deal with organic and conventional products. Organic is just not a term for us it’s our way of living and enterprising good living. Based in Unjha, Gujarat this noble initiative is toiling rigorously from 4 years to spill the beans of healthy living.
We have implemented state of the art machines and well equipped infrastructure which includes fully automated Buhler Sortex Machine, Powder Plant, Automatic Packing machine for whole spices, Ground spices, Herbs and Oil seeds that undertake the processes of cleaning, grading, colour sorting, grinding/pulverizing, blending and metal separation. Well operational in-house laboratory for physical, chemical and microbiological testing with all the required instruments. Raw materials used are of supreme quality since the trained groups of collectors collect finest forms of organic raw materials from inspected, certified and original sources. Indeed purity and quality are our priorities which are duly shared by customer satisfaction. We have an esteemed office in the name of PATEL RAMJIBHAI NARAYANDAS in APMC (The Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Unjha) for about 40 years, which is the biggest market yard of Asia for commercial cash crops and it also known as Spice city of India. This is one of our plus points to procure the Raw Material in a level of required quality and quantity at best discounted prices from the source.
At Eastmade, Organic farming is not a philosophy to boycott chemically decked products, but it’s a march towards sustainable development where health and prosperity for all are advocated.

Also it helps farmers to get elevated life style through appropriate work ethics.
Process
Without any foreign substances interfering and affecting the nutritional composition of spices, Herbs, Psyllium products and Organic, antioxidants tend to have a greater impact, if they come from organic spices as compared to normal spices. The first step is cleaning followed by drying. We take help of Buhler cleaning & color sorting plant with metal separation. After which the grinding and grading take place which formulates the exact powdered form.
